Making Sense of Patient Forms
(Was it always this hard?)
One of the best ways to use your website is to simplify processes for customers/clients who want to do business with you. When you can make your own job easier at the same time, that’s a Win-Win situation.
Decoding Customer Handwriting
While doctors are famous for having difficult-to-read handwriting, most of us have never seen the cryptic scrawls left on new patient forms. The recent pandemic made direct patient contact more difficult for a time, and this became the perfect opportunity for an overhaul of Anchor Bay Family Medical Clinic’s patient forms system.
Thinkfeelrespond was able to
- Rebuild all forms from Nth-generation xerox copies
- Make the digital forms screen-responsive for optimal viewing and entry on everything from large desktop monitors to small mobile devices
- Add form logic to avoid the clutter of non-applicable content
- Process and transfer all entries via a proprietary HIPAA-compliant forms management system with end-to-end encryption and a protocol for records destruction
A smooth-running machine
While the EMR system used by Anchor Bay did not allow direct entry from the online submissions, our new system made indecipherable entries a thing of the past, reducing staff time and entry errors.
Executive Summary
Your website can do much more than post contact information— contact us for a review of business processes that could be automated. Enormous efficiency gains come from the elimination of frequent, mundane errors and delays.
